Col Saliz's prestige cuvee, Servo Suo is a dazzling Dry Prosecco that is made exclusively from grapes grown in their best vineyard sites. Pale straw yellow color with very fine bubbles, an indicator of high quality. The distinctive nose has strong citrus, apple and floral notes. On the palate, this Prosecco has a slightly sweet attack, a very fine mousse and a rich, round mouthfeel. The delicate orange, pear and apple fruit flavors are complemented by the thick, persistent perlage and generous finish. Enjoy chilled as an aperitif or with fruit desserts.
