About the Vineyard
The Monte Zovo winery has belonged to the Cottini family for generations and is situated in Caprino Veronese. Owner and winemaker, Diego Cottini, specially selects grapes perfect for the production of the Ca'Linverno wines, maturing them underground in specially designed cellars allowing a constant balance of temperature and humidity, two of the essential elements in the natural maturation of wines. view other products
