About the Brewery
In the 19th Centrury, Brooklyn was one of the largest brewing centers in the world, home to more than 45 breweries. In one 10-block area known as Brewer’s Row, there were 11 breweries. In 2000, Mayor Giuliani and the city Council honored the Brooklyn Brewery by renaming our block Brewer’s Row. We use traditional Brooklyn methods to brew Brooklyn Lager, our first and still most popular beer. Amber –gold in color, Brooklyn Lager, has a floral bouquet, a fruity malt body and a dry finish. Serve Brooklyn’s Lager in a pilsner glass along with a steak, chop or hearty seafood and stews. Brooklyn’s nutty malt flavors also blend well with salads and tomato based pasta dishes. view other products
